Create Poetry from Your Experience with
Death, Loss and Grief
$10-$20 Suggested Donation
Death in its purest form is an ending of something or someone. When we love or care for what ends, that loss can cause grief and sorrow. In this workshop we will be taking the time to write about our loss and then be guided into making it into poetry.
PLEASE REGISTER ABOVE. ALL WORKSHOPS ARE $10-$20 SUGGESTED DONATION. SPACES ARE LIMITED.
Wellness Mentor ~ Cyndi O'Brien
Creating a safe space for people to connect with themselves, nature and community has been a driving force in the work I bring to the world. Through listening, asking relevant questions and affirming what I hear, I guide others through tending to their grief to find the joy that lies beneath.
The venue at the Old Olympia Glass Building is accessible from the street on the ground floor with no stairs. There are no accessible toilets on-site, so we do suggest you use other local locations and facilities where possible.
