Noam Paco Gaster and Friends will be offering a set of embodiment invitations aimed at co-creating a web of loving acceptance & support for whatever is surfacing for each of us.  

You'll be encouraged to cultivate self-awareness and/or self-expression through making art, witnessing, and/or physical improvisation.  Moment to moment, you'll have the choice to work on visual art, rest in quiet stillness, and/or express yourself through intuitive sound & movement. 

An opportunity to integrate and/or decompress from your own experiences and/or what is arising for you as you explore our Art Exhibit.
