HEART CAFE

 Sometimes when we are grieving or facing life or death transitions of our own or witnessing those of others, we need to find a way to express our responses and feelings, sometimes even in a non verbal way. Art gives us a beautiful language in which to express our own story or experience while actually helping us to process it and grow within it, all at the same time. 

So, if you just need to sit and play and cut out things or make a particular thing, our artspace will be open for you. 

If you do want to share verbally we will listen. 

If you want to bring our own art project you are working on we offer our tablespace and basic art materials to support you in your process. Sometimes a piece can also take us a while and we need a designated place to make something over a period of time. 

Create something to showcase in our gallery space in the future or something to give someone or something to take home. 

If you have ideas but don't know how to make them into form, we can support you and advise on materials etc. or help you bounce around ideas about your process and design and plan of action. 

No need to book. Just turn up! 

Oh and we have hot tea and drinks and snacks too! Or feel free to bring your own.
