Death Dancer creates creative and sacred spaces, hosting arts and cultural events and group activities relating to death, dying, loss and living, to foster community in the South Sound.

 

Collaborating with valued partners, we provide end-of-life education, awareness, and advocacy to inspire a harmonious life and death.

Death Dancer was born after its founder, Jennie Beth Banks, experienced a serious illness and had to face her own mortality. She started to interview Death Professionals to help her work through her own death anxiety.
